Avid Metal shielded ball bearings have very low friction compared to rubber sealed bearings while they still have some protection on each side. Avoid using them where a fine dirt might enter the bearing, but keep in mind that damaging a bearing with dirt is harder than you would imagine.
This is a 2x6x2.5mm metal shielded ball bearing. Check your car's assembly sheet for information what size and type of bearings you need for it.
