The rules in our store are very simple - as we are taking shots of each item we sell, most often you can count on WYSIWYG experience - whatever you see on product image is what you will get. Sometimes we offer sealed branded products, sometimes we can use a donor model if we don't have the item on stock, but we will try send you the products you see and order. If there are any exceptions or the image doesn't represent the product exactly as it is - we will leave a text note in the product description or even its name. We try to check every single item we send to our customers in order to ensure it works as intended.

We are not responsible for loss of packages after they leave the country. We always provide tracking information and if you experience damage or the package was not delivered in time because of the post or other service - please contact them as soon as you can.

Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Laser Pointer is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.
