RCParts.eu is accepting only PayPal payments. Currently we do not accept offline payments or bank transfers (except for Bulgaria, where we offer payment on delivery). Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is processed. RCParts.eu is offering three shipping options - international mail, priority mail and GLS/DPD courier service, but they are not available to all countries. Please check the checkout page for pricing details, as they are automatically calculated based upon real or volume weight of your order!

Delivery methods
Currently we are offering the following delivery methods - Regular International Mail (EU, rest of the world), Priority International Mail (EU), Courier services (EU). Please read the detailed descriptions below. Items we send are always well packaged and protected. In some cases we might test a product prior to shipping to ensure the customer won't have problems with it.
 

• Regular International Mail (6 to 20 business days; up to 24-30 days USA/Canada) - available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK) and also Albania, Australia. China, Croatia, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, RS, Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, US, Vatican
  
  Packages would be sent with regular international mail with tracking number only available until the package leaves Bulgaria. Once it receives status "insert item into bag" (meaning it is send to destination) at http://www.track-trace.com/post, you can only check the package advancement through your local post company (for example USPS in USA, Royal Mail in UK, etc.). Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to distant locations.
  
  In certain cases we cannot track the package outside our country. We would not be responsible for any lost packages if you use Regular International Mail. Note to users from Italy and some other countries famous for their bad postal services - we will send items to you, but we cannot be responsible if they arrive. Customers from outside EU are responsible for customs taxes. We can send the packages as gifts to the person listed in the shipping address field (please leave a note when you are ordering something!).

• Priority International Mail (5 to 15 business days; up to 20 business days USA/Canada) - available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK)
  This type of shipping shares most details with the regular International Mail, but it is usually faster and more reliable, although at slightly higher cost.
  
  Packages would be sent with Priority International mail with tracking number only available until the package leaves Bulgaria. • Courier services - available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK) and Bulgaria
  We will use DPD or GLS couriers to deliver the package at your door (depending on availability). Note that this is the most secure delivery method we can offer - even if we do not provide tracking number right after we send the package (GLS tracking number is sometimes available as much as two days later), the package will be delivered in 4 to 8 business days. We can also offer payment on delivery for Bulgarian residents using Speedy couriers (2 days delivery).
